Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking to update. If there's no movement after that window, contact us and we’ll follow up with the carrier.
Cancellations and modifications can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, the order is considered final and in production. For details, please see our Refund Policy.
If you've submitted an incorrect address, contact us within 24 hours at info@lagaleriealamode.com. After this window, address changes cannot be guaranteed.
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. Our team will assist you with a replacement, repair, or refund. For more, see our Refund Policy.
Returns and exchanges are accepted on eligible, non-custom items within 15 days of delivery. Items must be in unused, original condition and packaging. Please note custom and made-to-order items are final sale. Review full details on our Refund Policy.

Most of our designs are made-to-order. This allows us to offer a wide variety of finishes and materials while maintaining a studio-crafted approach to quality. We do not hold bulk inventory and believe in creating each piece intentionally and with care
Our pieces are produced in-house or by our trusted network of artisans in the U.S. and abroad. Every item is made-to-order and carefully crafted using premium materials.
