Production and shipping timelines vary depending on scale and complexity:
- Smaller items: Estimated production and delivery within 2–6 weeks
- Larger items: Estimated production and delivery within 8–24 weeks

Absolutely. You can track your order at any time by visiting our Track My Order page, located in the footer of our website. Simply enter your order number or email address to receive real-time updates on your delivery status.
Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to reflect movement. If there’s no progress after that window, feel free to reach out, we’ll be happy to contact the carrier and investigate further on your behalf.
Because most of our pieces are made-to-order and crafted specifically for each client, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on furniture, lighting, or custom items once production has commenced.
For non-custom accessories and smaller items (such as select tableware or décor), exceptions may be made within 5 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original condition. All return requests must be submitted in writing and approved by our team.

If you’ve submitted an incorrect address, please contact us within 24 hours at info@lagaleriealamode.com. After this window, address changes are not guaranteed, as your order may have already entered production or shipment preparation.
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. Our team will review and assist you with a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.

Every piece in our collection is designed or art-directed by La Galerie à la Mode. We work closely with a small circle of ateliers and specialty fabricators to bring our vision to life from sculptural lighting to hand-finished furniture and objets d’art. These relationships allow us to maintain our design integrity while ensuring quality across materials and production.
Each item is made-to-order with great care, never pulled from mass stock or outsourced blindly. What you receive is a reflection of our studio’s aesthetic, intention, and creative direction.
All of our pieces are either crafted in-house or produced in close collaboration with a small circle of expert artisans based in the U.S. and internationally. Each item is made-to-order and personally overseen by our studio to ensure it meets the sculptural, design, and quality standards that define La Galerie à la Mode.
We are currently an online-only atelier. While we do not have a public showroom, we’re happy to offer detailed photographs, samples, and swatches to support your selection process. Each piece is made-to-order, and we take pride in offering personalized support throughout the selection journey from tailored finishes to project-specific recommendations.
